How do I place an order?
Add items to cart, go to checkout, enter shipping details, and complete payment securely via PayPal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. Changes/cancellations are possible within 12 hours after purchase. Email us at support@piapiasox.com with your order number.
Where can I find my order number?
In your order confirmation email. If you don’t see it, check spam or contact us.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only.
What is your shipping cost?
FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $89. For orders under $89, a flat $7.99 fee applies.
How long does shipping take?
Order processing: 1–5 business days.
Delivery time: 7–15 business days after dispatch.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking email after shipment. If you don’t get tracking after 5 business days, contact us.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept secure payments via PayPal. You can also pay with a debit/credit card through PayPal checkout—no PayPal account required.

Do you accept returns?
Yes—30-day returns and exchanges for unused, unworn items with original packaging/tags.
How do I start a return?
Email support@piapiasox.com with your order number and reason. We’ll provide RMA return instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers cover return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection/approval.
